01 / No place for exploitation
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). A child is anyone under 18. This applies to photos, voice recordings, accounts, invitations, and other activity on Nuvkin, including private conversations.
- Do not create, upload, request, distribute, or promote sexual content involving children, including manipulated or synthetic depictions.
- Do not groom a child, seek sexual contact with a child, or use threats, coercion, extortion, or incentives to exploit a child.
- Do not facilitate child trafficking, arrange exploitation, or direct others to material or services that exploit children.
- Do not use Nuvkin to sexualize children or encourage any form of child abuse.
Nuvkin is intended for adults aged 18 and over. An adult-only audience does not reduce our responsibility to address child safety concerns.
02 / Tell us about a concern
In the app: open Profile → Report a safety concern. You can also use the flag beside a moment on Home, beside a message in a conversation, in a snap viewer, or on a friend’s conversation header. Choose “Child safety concern,” describe what happened, and submit. The app confirms when a report has been saved and provides a reference number.
Without the app: email ismath@nuvkin.com with the subject “Nuvkin child safety concern.” Include the relevant account email, report reference, or approximate date if known.
Report the concern, not the material
Do not download, save, attach, or forward sexual material involving children. Describe the concern and use the in-app moment reference where possible. Never send a password or recovery code. If a child or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Nuvkin’s reporting channel is not an emergency service.
The reported person is not notified when you submit a report. Reports are available to the operator and may be disclosed where necessary to respond to the concern, protect people, or comply with law. We cannot promise anonymity or an immediate response.
03 / Review and enforcement
Nuvkin’s operator reviews safety reports and prioritizes concerns involving children or immediate risk. We assess the reported account, relevant references, and information lawfully available to us. We may ask for clarification through your account email.
When we become aware of CSAM on Nuvkin, we take appropriate action, including removing access to the material. We may suspend offending accounts, revoke their sessions, and take further action required by law. Reports are reviewed in context; submitting a report does not automatically establish a violation.
Safety reports are handled separately from ordinary conversations. Deleting a moment or account may remove its associated media and account links, but does not automatically erase the safety case. We restrict case access and retain case information only as needed to investigate, protect people, and meet legal obligations, then delete or minimize it. See our privacy policy.
